Wiring/Plug to Monitor Questions..

Looking at the Monitor Plug on End of this Irratating Maze Harness it's much,much smaller then any of the plugs on my Cabs monitors..
So what do I do..Cut it off,Splice,Solder....Splice,solder to What?
Can I get spare plugs for each monitor Type to splice this end into..

When you buy a new Monitor does it come with some sort of plug on it to wire into..?.(R,G,B,W,B)
What do you do,Cut ,Splice,Solder..?

Are all these wires Needed?(((R,G,B,W,B)))

NOTE:..I'm a noob when it comes to monitors..

you could splice on a suitable plug.

G.green
B.blue
W.sync
Black. ground
