I am wondering if anyone connects to xbox live using a WIFI adapter? They cost $85 at best buy. Here's my situation: I sold my xbox after Christmas because my cable in my apartment was constantly having signal problems. Wires in my wall are shitty or something...anyways, I sold my xbox and now I connect to the internet with a WIFI usb adapter for my laptop, I'm wondering if I buy this xbox wireless adapter if I can steal my neighbors signal to play xbox live? Anyone have one of these? Anyone know how it works?

Unless your neighbors are idiots (which they often are, particularly in my case), it'll probably be tough to get free wifi indefinitely.

As far using wifi for gaming, personally I wouldn't do it. From what I've experienced, there's a bit of a delay in most wifi connections - not good for playing sf3.

Interesting...I work in a WiFi Hotspot district(free WiFi) and tried gaming on Kaillera via my laptop, and it wasnt bad at all, if my ping was under 65.
