Ok, just recently I hooked up my CPS 2 board to my Impress Cabinet and the game is Super SF2 Turbo. As you guys have seen the screen starts out BLACK with Ryu bouncing up and down and it has lightning flashing right....

Well all during the black screens there is a high pitched buzz that comes from the inside the cabinet then when the lightning strikes it goes away then comes right back....even when it goes to the FBI screen there is the buzzing....but when I start playing on certain stages the buzz goes away.
It sounds like a damn cicada is in my cabinet! Any idea what the problem could be???
This mostly happens when the screen is mostly black or fading from one screen to the next.....
