I'm looking for a Neo 29 Candy Cab, but I got a few Q's, since I'm quite new to all this ....
Anyway, I presume I can put MVS, JAMMA and PGM in the candy since it has 15/24 khz right?
But what is the best MVS mb to put in it? 2 slot, 4 slot, more? With or without unibios?
Also, is it hard to put in PGM after playing MVS or JAMMA or vice versa?

Both MVS and PGM are JAMMA, so you shouldn't have much trouble in swapping them. However, if you get a multi-slot you might have to rewire some sound due to stereo. MVS, PGM and basically any regular JAMMA board are 15 khz video so they would work in your monitor.
Unibios is a total must for any MVS board, so get it.
About how many slots, well, it depends on how much money you want to spend, the room available and the accessability inside the cab (if it is easy to swap carts or not), and if you are going to swap games often. I would personally go for a 4 slot. Take care that according to some people 6 slot are somehow easier to get screwed, and they also need more power.

I've heard that 2-slots are the most reliable mobos... I have one :D , and it works great (even without the unibios yet{I'm still waiting for my eprom programmer for that}).

I need to rewire when I get more than a 1 slot MVS? And what about stereo sound, all mb come with that right?
Also, can anyone explain what exactly the difference between a monitor and a TV is? Quality wise and so...

Same here...never had issues with a six-slot though admittingly certain carts can be tempermental.
As for a 10...next best thing is to get a dual JAMMA converter and hook up 2 six-slot boards to it, then you'll have 12 games :D

I have another question about the cab buttons, I've seen Neo 29 cabs with 6 buttons, but will this setup be able to play all jamma, cps1/2, pgm etc. games?
Like, I don't know for example if the buttons are correctly set up when I want to play a capcom fighter.

Not all MVS mobos come with stereo sound, the smaller 1 slots are mono-only, the MV1F has a mono/stereo switch, and the multislots are only stereo if I remember well; check the chart at www.hardmvs.com to know more. Your cab should be wired accordingly.
Well, if your TV accepts RGB, then the image should be quite similar to an arcade monitor. I'm not really sure of what are the differences.
About buttons, it all depends on how you wire the different kick harnesses for each board that needs it. You shouldn't have much trouble wiring everything so you can have a good lay-out for every game. However, if the 6 buttons are in 2 rows of 3, I just can't find a comfortable way to play 4 buttons Neo Geo games for me.

Ah thanks, yeah my TV can accept RGB (it's a Philips model from 2004).
I saw the lay-out for the Neo 29 and it has 7 buttons (just 3 under the 4 Neo Geo buttons) so it will be alright.
I take it I don't need to do any rewiring for the MVS board, but for playing Jamma and the rest I do?
Thanks again!

Well, if the cab is designed for neo, then MVS should work OK, and other JAMMA boards might require a little bit of sound rewiring. It all depends on if the cab is wired for stereo or mono.
With 7 buttons it should be no problem to have a decent lay-out with all games. Take care that the Neo buttons 1,2,3 will be the 3 punches in a capcom game, and the 3 kicks would be in a kick harness, I guess wired to the 3 extra buttons you mnetion.
