I know Jeff has a very nice tutorial at his site about modding MV-1FZ to have stereo sound but does anyone know where to tag the stereo signals on MV-1C board? Thanks for your help in advance!!

You can take it from across one of the headphone sockets.

toddy i think you're thinking of an MV-IC not MV-1C. MV-1C is a 1 slot board, MV-IC is memory card/headphone card. The sound circuit for MV-1C is basically the same as the MV-1FZ, the resistors and stuff are numbered differently but otherwise are nearly identical.

Not exactly. MV-1A, MV-1FZ and MV-1B are indeed identical since they share the same sound circuit components. The MV-1C (which I've never seen in person, only in some hi-res scans) will certainly be similar but with different components and especially without a third channel from the YM2610 since it doesn't have it...
