Bivari.....what the hell

Ok I understand this man has good feedback, but its obvious hes had his share of unhappy customers...I am now one of them.

I paid for a KoF 97 4 hours after winning the auction and contacted him the same day...heres the list of stupid things

1. It took him over 1 week to send the item
2. his responses were rude
3. It has been 1 month since he recieved payment, still no game and I even paid for EMS!
4. when I asked him what address he sent it to he replied slyly with "your address.

I am a very patient person, but I am about to take to drastic measures!

any thoughts?

I have 1 thing to say...

the guy sells homosexual hentai, known as Yaoi.

I have nothign against gays, but sometimes I get shrinkage thinking about 2 guys deep kissing.

My experience with bavari was the complete opposite of yours. I bought Samurai 2 from him with regular airmail shipping and got my package in about a week. The very next day I recieved another package from him with Samurai 2 in it as well. He sent me 2 Samurai 2's for the price of one.

A friend from another message board also
complained about Bivari. He told him that
he *Forgot* to send his games. So he had to
wait longer to get it.

I got my KOF 96 from. Very good price and service.

So is there something I can actually do about this? It is really getting to me.

I dealt with him once....won demon blazon sfc on ebay it was in mint condition so he says..i told him to ship it in a box!!....guess what it came in a padded envelope...hah...smashed to say the least...i emailed him and he sarcasticly replied
i should have used EMS...whatever!...never again from him....later shame

dealt with him twice and bought around 10 cd games from him and everything was great

I bought some stuff from him last week, and he has not shipped it yet. I emailed him and he sent the following reply:

"you too warried"

Hell yes I am "warried", especially after reading all of this.

I am not going to support his gay porn crap by buying anything else from him. In fact, I am going to go for a chargeback right now.

I thought I was the only one but since you post, might as well post my story.

I bought some games from him of 6-Feb, He asked for payment immediately after the Auction(so fast when asking for payment)
and I paid immediately by paypal.

After that I was happily waiting for my item to arrive using EMS (2 to 3 days).

It normally takes 2 to 3 days to arrive from Japan but after one week, I was worried and sent him a e-mail on 14-Feb.
But no reply from him. crying

Sent another e-mail on 15-Feb asking for EMS tracking number and no reply still. mad_2

Sent a Third e-mail on 16-Feb and still no reply and the items did not shown up either.

I was so pissed off that I used my friend account to bid on his auction. (17-Feb)
To my surprise, he asked for payment immediately again. (WTF??)
I told him that he did not reply to my e-mails after repeated e-mail sent.
And have not received his items after a week, would only pay for this new item after receiving the first items.

He said item delayed last week and had been sent out 2 days ago(15-Feb), I asked for tracking number but he did not give me.

I waited patiently for 2 days(19-Feb),item did not shown up either. very_ang

I sent him a e-mail again using my friend account and this time demanding for EMS tracking number.
He give it to me saying he got a cold??? Fever???

I checked the status online and the item had been sent out on the 18-Feb WTF??

Waited for another 2 days and finally received the items yesterday.(21-Feb)
End of Story.

The question is; Whats the use of paying for EMS? if the seller takes a fucking 2 weeks to ship out the item?

Yeah...he emailed me yesterday and told me he had a cold. I paid him last Friday, and he told me at first he was going to ship the item on Wednesday.

I emailed him for the tracking number, and he told me that he was sorry, but he is now going to ship on Monday next week.

I asked, why the delay? He told me he had a cold, so I felt bad for him. crying

Now I am not so sad for little Bivari and his nasty cold.

I want my neo stuff. If they do not show up by next Friday, I am getting my cash back, or I might just end up paying him a personal visit in Japan with my led pipes, "Mr Big" style very_ang (AOF series)

Yea, hes a interesting guy he will be lucky if I don't find a way to cancel his Paypal account.

I've dealt with him twice, both times I got fast shipping with excellent packaging and the item as good as described.

Maybe Bivari is just a little misunderstood by some of us. Actually, I had no problem with him on two transactions. Just this latest one that is making me worry..... then again, I "warry too much" anyway. It is an illness of mine........ loco loco loco loco

Clearly, I was joking.... I am in the same boat you are, just not to the same level yet. He is only about a week late now.

Did you pay via Paypal? I've only had to do it, like, twice, but initiating a chargeback is almost sure to get you the item right quick, and you can cancel it once you've recieved your item. Sellers seem to find those missing tracking numbers or find the free time to ship your item when the money you payed them is on the line.

Waiting a month is ridiculous - force the issue and either get your game or your money back.
