As the title states, I want one good condition, perfectly working original Playstation controller, not the Dual Shock, the original one with no analog sticks.

If you've got an extra one sitting around collecting dust, let me know.

Not using it for the bypass trick - I just like them for use on MAME....

Just go to your local EB Games. They probably have them in the used bin for $3 and you'll save yourself some shipping.

how hard are they to link to a pc for mame?

Easy - here in the States, every local Radio Shack carries PS-USB convertors for cheap prices. All PS controllers/sticks have worked perfectly for me on MAME, SNES9X, etc.
