Any ideas for modding my V12 PStwo? My old PS2 just died and I replaced it with a new V12 Slimline. I'm looking to get the Swap Magic discs and do the tape mod. I've heard conflicting stories about doing anything to the two sensors...Anyone here done the tape mod to their PStwo? How's is working so far? Any troubles? Any advice would be appreciated!

I wouldn't do the swap magic, after a while it will become a pain having to swap discs all the time. I've also heard that not all games work and then you'll wish you would've shelled out for a proper modchip in the first place.
I have a PStwo with a Matrix Infinity installed, as well as the Matrix fix to make sure my laser will be ok. It's going great guns and runs everything I throw at it.
The Crystal Chips are also highly regarded.

Here is a place that sells premodded PStwo with a Matrix Infinity installed. But I don't know whether they are trustworthy or not.
