The realm of kit collecting...
Pretty hard if you ask me, well sometimes, it all depends in the game you're
looking for. Older games, per say: P.O.W., Double Dragon, The Punisher,
(Late 80's to mid 90's) are ultra tough to find complete. You won't find a box
with them, unless you actually buy one a custom one at kinkos lol.
...The artwork can be found for these, but I like I said it's a tough task.

For late 90's (98-to present) I would say, it's easier to find them complete.

Ebay has a good selection (Sometimes), of kits, or at least older games with
full artwork, but they usually fetch a nice premium. Now, Yahoo! JP is probably
the place that gets the most complete kits for sale, specially of fighters and
shmups, but they also, usually go for a lot. Yahoo! JP would probably be your
best bet.

Moreover, there are times in which some overseas sellers would get a hold of
NOS items. For example last year, there were many PGM kits navegating through
ebay, they all got bought out though.

Sometimes, some forums members would also sell kits. For that, you can check
our "Everything else forum' or just visit sites other forums.

For newer kits, coinop express usually gets some new in, but they usually cost
over 2K. This I wouldn't suggest doing, since the price will always go down to
about $500, and then you will regret it, unless of course, you like the game a
lot ;)

i pretty much gave up trying to find the boxes, instead i fixed a place the make me custom sized boxes and i will simply print out the game logo on sticker-type plastic and put on the box, looks great.

but i still have to chase down that oh-so-loveley paperwork :P

yahoo JP is still a mystery to me, dont know jack about japanese im afraid =/

any good ebay sellers that focus on or have lots of arcadeflyers in stock?

It's tough to find the artwork.
Most ops just toss it.
for copies you can go to

or the sheep has some good downloads
