can sending a signal to a jamma game's Audio Ground cause a problem?

I am getting my cab ready for dual use with mvs and jamma and want to be able to have two test buttons...one for each. If both games are powered at the same time and I hit the button for the mvs test button while playing the jamma (sending a ground connection to the M pin (audio ground)) will it cause a problem?

Most jamma edge connects do not have M or 11 connected, I dont think grounding it for mvs test would cause a problem
