What happened to Dion Dakis?

I've been out of the Neo scene for awhile.

The first time I got back into it, Dion was acting like an ass (pompous, self congratulatng posts) on the Neo Geo mailing list.

Years later, he was selling Neo carts with stamps and stickers on them, upsetting the Neo community.

Then, there was some lawsuit.

So, what ever happened to Dion? I hated that guy.

The way in which a man eats a banana speaks volumes about his sexuality. I've seen both Chris and Dion enjoying ripe bananas on separate occasions. Chris holds the banana with one hand, breaks off a chunk with the other hand, and brings said chunk to his mouth. From this I gather that the rumors about him must be false as that is how a straight-shooter eats a banana. That's not how Dion eats a banana though.
