The guy took over 3 days to get back to you after saying 24 hours. I had the cash waiting and you already knew that I wanted it before. After the 24 hours was up you should have let me have it. Your reason was that you may recieve a bad feedback from the guy. If I ask somebody to hold for 24 hours then after that time I haven't paid and somebody else gets it then fair enough.
Also "don't want to cause a fight over this game" comes across as strange to me. If the first guy was as interested as me, you should have just put "sold" or "on hold" not this "don't want to cause a fight" talk. Something is deffinitely strange here and I'm no longer sure that the other guy did PM you before me. You have caused a fight between me and you now.
The reason you got Zupapa instead of me originally was because I took longer than the time I had asked for the guy to hold for me and he thought I was no longer interested. The same thing happened to you (i.e. no contact after the alotted hold time) yet still you refused to sell it to me, even after I had offered more money. How long exactly were you prepared to hold for this guy?
Maybe he is a relation, which is fair enough, but then you should have let me know.
This is why I am not pleased.

Datalogik can be a pain in the ass when dealing with, and he expects CONSTANT communication, which is not bad, but annoying.
I got like 6 PM's over the 2 days it took for my package to get to him.
And if I don't respond right away, another one comes along.
I know he pulled this shit with a buddy of mine...

Right fair enough, end of discussion. I just feel angry that I originally wanted the game, then lost out on it because I couldn't get to a PC and Jon quickly bought it up instead.

He did the same shit to me. Sold him a Panic Bomber MVS cart for $45 and then he turns around and puts it up for sale for $80 the same day he gets it. He's only here for the $$$. He should be looking for a new job that pays more instead of extorting people here to make more money. I will never deal with him again.

I've dealt with Jon in person,and everything went very well. He might be a bit annoying to some of you here on the forums,but he's actually a pretty cool dude IRL.

He fulfilled my contract @ 100 usd,he's happy and I'm happy.
When you sell your item, it's no longer yours. It belongs to the person you sold it to and they are free to do with it whatever they please.
If you believe different,then you're the one with the problem...

Datalogik is not forcing anyone to buy his wares.His responsibility as a member is to make sure the person he sells to receives what they paid for.
