I bought a set of 4slots lighting panels and accessories. I have a question about two cables. See the picture:

Two cables(red and black) on the right hand side, are they power cables? If they are , where should I attach them to? To the main harness?

This harness connect the inverter to the mother board.

Thanks for the help!

I dont have that lead in my cabs, just the input and output leads to and from the ELA inverter/switching pcb.

Its probably a 12 volt supply for something- but I can not think what ? maybe it was supplied in error.

The larger one connects the EL inverter to the EL panels, but I have no idea as to whet the red/black cable does.

Thanks for the information folks. It seems red/black lines are pull out from the big connector. One connector has 8 lines, one connector has 6 lines + two extra lines. I tried to attached two extra lines to the EL port on the board, but it didn't work.

I think those two lines are power lines, I could be wrong. But somehow the default voltage didn't work on the inverter, so someone pulled two lines out from the connector and attached them them to different voltage port. This is just my guess ;).
