BIG SCAMMER CarBaXinE read here !!!

I paid via paypal over $1400 and asked twice for a tracking number as the items were from Canada and with the roumered ( only what I've heard ) reputation of dodgy shipping from there I wanted the best shipping I could get.

He replied after a couple of days saying the goods were too expensive to ship by EMS so he sent them by surface, 1-2 months and no tracking number.... He said EMS was only $63 and I would have paid that for the security.

Anyway, I sent him a PM showing my dissapointment and that I wanted a tracking number, even though I knew I wouldnt get one from Surface mail and I got no reply.. that was about 2 weeks ago and to this day 19th March still no reply...

I requested a chargeback from paypal and they gave him 10 days to respond to them.. he did not respond and they emailed me saying they were unable to get any of my funds back... still no reply from Craig after this or about paypal contacting them....

If he had sent the goods you would assume he would try and resolve the situation with paypal and probably be annoyed with me for requesting a chargeback but nothing so I assume the goods never left him...

I will now try through my credit card to get a refund as it happened once before and I got my money back.

So chapps... Scamming is still here even with popular members.. its sux big time and I woudl like anyone to chip in with any comments about this or other recent scamms...

I stress that I feel we should have a SCAMMING room on the forums... like we have the SELLING room or the GENERAL DISCUSSION room, a SCAMMING room would be ideal to list all definate scamms and scammers...

It is happeneing time & time again and you just cant tell sometimes, no matter how carefull you try...

Please mods, consider this.. Im sure other members would agree with a new SCAMMING room on the forum...

Also, could you make this a STICKY as it is important that people are aware of what can happen..

Always disheartening to read about something like this but you were smart in responding to this matter within 15 days so it's highly probable that your Credit Card Company will be able to help you.

Craig...this is really dissapointing to see, I thought you were a stand up guy who could be trusted. This does not look promising at all. I guess this is why you never respond to me on MSN anymore eh?

Richard buddy, hope your credit card company can recover the money for you it's a shame another member has turned to 'the dark side' so to speak. Maybe you can speak to Jason (Insaneclown) I know they are close friends and play or used to play Neo at each others houses - maybe he can help as Craig no longer has the decency to respond to me.

I understand that you are upset about your sig template...BUT.... you need to PM him about this matter. This thread was made to list someone who is currently scamming members out of alot of money. At the moment .... your sig template is irrelevant to the victims here.

My bad. I realize this was childish and everything. First instinct is to hit the "Reply" button and make it known that I'm pissed. Again, my apologies; I understand the frustration that can come with being screwed out of cash, and it really was immature for me to flame.

THIS HAPPENED ABOUT THE SAME TIME I GOT BLAZING STAR FROM YOU. HE TOLD ME THAT IN CANADA THEY DONT HAVE EMS AND I COULDNT GET A TRACKING NUMBER. SO I WAITED A MONTH AND HE SAID IT MUST HAVE GOTTEN LOST IN CUSTOMS BULL SHIT. HE WOULDNT REFUND MY MONEY AND PAYPAL WOULD DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THIS GUY IS A FUCKIN PUSSY. I feel it's time that I add some real input here, instead of just being a jackass.

I can say that, for certain, we do have EMS here. It's caused some confusion recently, because the handling of it moved from a semi-private, Crown Corperation courier called Purolator, to Canada Post. The service is Xpressmail International, and the form that you fill out is a standard EMS form, so needless to say, all of the bollocks regarding "no EMS available in Canada" is just that - a load of bollocks.

I'm embarassed that this person is a citizen of this country, and klaasjoe, if you ever come to Canada, give me a call and I'll drive down and help you kick his ass.
