Rage of the Dragons already fixed?

My Rage of the Dragons cart constantly restarts itself, so I opened it up to do the "fix". Well it turns out the "fix" had already been performed on this cart. Does this mean I am screwed?

Try giving the cart contacts a real good clean.

This Fix

And I did clean them with rubbing alcohol and a q-tip when it got here. It wasn't very dirty. I can try cleaning it again I guess...

The manual says it is a NEO MVH SLOT1. I was looking the cart over and noticed that the prongs on the contacts on RotD don't come down as far as all the rest of my games do. Does this have something to do with the problem?

My RotD sometimes restarts, but usually after I fiddle with the cart a couple of times, I can get it to work fine. I could try and "fix" it, but for me, it's not too big of a problem. At least not a big enough problem for me to risk damaging my game somehow.
