Going by the pics on the jamma.nl Bootleg Fighters page, I'm guessing I picked up a bootleg Puzzle Bobble on ebay :annoyed:

Can anyone confirm or deny? I won't be able to get to my MVS till next week, so I can't test, but it was listed as working. Even after I get my MVS, I still have to do some monitor repairs before I can get a picture, but at least I could see if it loads and plays blind. I guess from now on, I'll just have to buy from sellers who've been ok'ed by the NG.com forums :p

Boot.

Those NEC chips are OTP EPROMs, not original mask roms. People often mistake OTP for legit roms since they don't have a window and are plastic, not ceramic.
