Neo AES RGB - Problem!!!

OK please forgive me, i'm a relative newcomer to the neo scene.

i have just purchased a neo geo aes cart system with a serial number around the 330,000 range. i'm happy with the console but the RGB quality sucks really bad.
its really grainy and has bars running down the screen.

i have read about a conversion you can perform to make the rgb video output better......... but my question is, can anyone provide details of how to perform the modd and provide a picture of maybe a circuit diagram?
i havent modded since the series 9 playstation 1 days, but i'd imagine the neo innards being more simple.

or if anyone lives in the uk can you modd it for me for a price?

Seeing as you have a high serial number console you'll probably have a late revision board so you'll need to follow the first two threads. If you have an early revision board then the third thread will explain the mod.
