emulator frontends

Does anyone know of a good frontend that works with all systems and is graphical / can be controlled with a gamepad (usb).

I have ultrastyle from mame, its good and everything but you cant control it with a usb pad, everything has to be mapped to a keyboard key.

Anyone know of such a thing?
