Fatal Fury Special (cart)

I played this game for awhile and I don't want it anymore. This is the Japanese version. It is the cartridge only. It has light scratches on it but none of them are super deep. I cleaned the game and it works perfectly. This is a game for someone who just wants to play the game and not for a collector. Is $20 fair enough with shipping included? PM or email me if interested.
