Power Instinct question

OK so Matrimelee is part 2 in the Power Instinct series and Groove On Fight is part 3 what is the name of part 1 and was it released on any consoles and where there any other games in the series?

Power Instinct was released for the SNES. I think the Genesis may have gotten
a port too, but not sure.

Matrimelee was the last installment on these series, which was released for
the NEO.

Matrimelee ain't 2. It's the 5th release in the series (although it's commonly called part 4).

Power Instinct 1 had a SNES port. I don't know about Genesis, either, but I think it did.

Part 2 had a Playstation port. Don't know why tooshort didn't mention it, because we know he's got it...heh heh. PI2 is still my favorite in the series.

There was also Power Instinct Legends, which was kind of an updated part 2. So a lot of people don't really consider it a seperate game.

Then Groove on Fight. Had a Saturn port.

Then Matrimelee. No port.
