That's ncsx.com's pre-order site. Just do a search for "real arcade pro" and it'll be the item(s) at the bottom of the page (the 7th item). The blue one (special edition) looks better than the red one (special addition) IMO. However the red one uses sanwa parts (best for fighters supposedly), while the blue one uses seimitsu parts (best for shooters), so I ended up going with the red version.
I may end up actually getting a blue one because they're so damned sechsay.
Props to buttasuperb for pointing me toward these bad ass sticks.

About those Hori special addition/editions:
Are those going to be available to the general public? (ie, in a store in japan)
I heard that they are going to be a limited run, only sold to those who pre-order them, and the Hori store has stopped taking orders.
