MAME has a "virtual" dipswitch bank that allows you to change the game's region. This makes me think that all game region data is contained in all versions of the game. Anyway to change the region on a Japan PCB?

The DIP switches of on the bottom right side of your picture, those will relate to the dip switch banks you can change in MAME I expect.

That's my fault, I should have been a little more indepth. The two banks of 8 only apply to the service screen:

There is no actual dipswitch to change region, however it is possible in MAME, under MAME's "dipswitch" menu for the game.

I was wondering if there was a spot on the board where connecting or cutting a lead, might change the region over. Kind of like what I did with my daraku board using the 3rd halfmoon in the JP-5 area. http://www.world-of-arcades.com/1945/Strikers 1945 II/language.htm

Under the dipswitch menu in MAME you can change the region, however the the board does not. But cutting that 3rd halfmoon and installing a switch you can change the region.
