Last night I tried playing Final Fantasy 2 and a translated version of Seiken Densetsu 3 (What would have been Secret of Mana 2)... SD3 looked gorgeous in terms of graphics/music/sound. And FF2 looked pretty interesting... But I could care less about the story. I mean, if I were a kid again I would have eaten these things up but now I am kind of... meh...
I suppose the main difficulty is the similiar story lines. "Save this person", "This empire is taking over our world" with 40 hours of "run this errand for me" or "go talk to this person". I mean, What the fuck?
It's not so much that I don't have the time to play these games as much as really coughing up the desire to do so.
