Im a happy guy, fucking love this design, Probably my favorite design for a console. That sweet little logo. Nice eject button, excellent stuff.

I've shifted my gaming interest back to my snes/sfc days. Those years are my favorites in gaming.
So nintendo is getting alot of coin from me recently.

Anyone else into the super fami scene? Grabbed any carts lately? I got 4 today and have 4 more coming soon, that masterpiece SOUL BLADER being of them..
I remember when I played soul blazer on the snes, probably my favorite enix title. I dont remember how I let it go, but I dont have it no more.

Hell yeah. Whenever someone mentions SFC, I gotta show off my games. I still wish I had the system myself.

Nice...I hope to get the extra $$ together for one some day, but a TurboDuo is next on the list.

I might also add my system was only a 12$ bin. Just look around and you can get one cheap.

Same here. I'm tired of looking at my Dracula X knowing I can't play it :oh_no:

My sentiments exactly. I want to get my hands on mint-ish copy of Drac X one day.

And a $12 BIN for that Super Fam? That's awesome. What was the condition like?

I recently started getting super fami games again too.

Off the top of my head, I'd recommend:

1) Ninja Warriors Again
2) Nosferatu (prince of persia like play but w/ a castlevania theme)
3) Pop'n Twinbee (very colorful, graphically pleasing twinbee shooter)

So many good games, just can't picture them right now. I'll have better suggestions when my motherload of game orders from japan finally arrives.

The SNES/Super Fam, PC Engine and the start of the Neo Geo was my favorite gaming era. I use to import games all of the time for those systems.

However, I always go way overboard when I start collecting something and then get burnt out and sell it all off..........only to re collect it again later.

snes is a konami fans dream. Konami is my favorite game company, so it kind of goes hand in hand.

CONGRATS ON THE SFC dude!

:buttrock:

I don't have the biggest collection of Super Fami right now, since Famicom has been my first priority, but it's growing none the less. The pic below is my current collection.

sfccollection012ji.jpg

from top left to right:

> Super V.G. Kunio Tachi No Banka, Rokudenshi Blues
Contra Spirits, Macross Scramble Valkyrie, Snoopy Concert
Sonic Wings, VOTOMS: Battling Road, Final Fight Guy

Games due in soon = Magic Sword, The Thunderbirds

I'm still a SEGA man at heart when it comes to the 16-Bitters, but I'd be lying if I didn't throw down and proclaim the greatness of the Super Fami

Sailor Moon and Sailor Moon R are both great beatup's. Sailor Moon RPG is also good but is heavy Japanese text, stay the hell away from S, and Super S fighters they such ass.

Is Mazinger Z a port of the arcade version? What kind of games are Lupin and Astro Boy?

BTW, if anyone's got a complete copy of SFC Wild Guns (japanese not US), I got a pair of Swap Magic 3.3 discs waiting to get taken.

Such a badass game. Best SNES/SFC music ever!

Ah! Super Famicom/ SNES, that's my forté!

I've been collecting SFC/SNES stuff for about 10 years (stopped Dec. 2004) and build up a nice VERY collection.

The main reason it took me all those years was that I wanted each and every game in complete and mint condition...some like Star Ocean, Treasure Hunter G, Seiken Densetsu 3, Bahamut Lagoon and Tales of Phantasia I even managed to get brand new.

The "used" ones are all mint and complete with the registration card, cartridge baggie, etc.

When I look back...I think it was all pretty much useless, but anyway, the SNES/SFC is my fav system by far. After the NES I really got into gaming.

Only got 1 pic for now, I'll make some more of the whole collection soon.
