I think it says "A system error has occured".

Will double-check in a moment...

Edit: Yup, I was right. Doesn't sound like it will be much help though...

I think C930 is an error with the BIOS or encryption. Try removing and reseating 2 small IC's with marking CP01 and CP04.

Reznor007,

I have located CP01 IC at the lower pcb but I can't see the other IC. CP01 is the only one IC labeled on both board. Is CP04 located at the upper board?

You are right. I changed the bios version to one with english text and it shows that same error: C930. Message is relationed to the encryption chip... CP01 right?
I tried putting the rom pcb over other sfex plus pcb... no error message. It works fine. So I think the fault is in lower board... but where?

Try putting the CP01 chip from the working motherboard into the non-working motherboard and see if that works. Also, take the CP01 from the non-working board and put it in the working motherboard and see if it works.
