So, what do you think? I like the front bumper: it looks sexier than the front of the Evo 8. Other than that, it's mostly minor improvements from the Evo 8: I don't think any Evo 8 owners have to worry about trading their cars in yet. :)

I concur. Aston Martin cars are automotive art, and the new V8 Vantage keeps this trend going. :buttrock:

Should I get an Evo or WRX STi?

the subaru. mitsubishi's have a low resale value and depreciate faster.

Man, that back end is god awful ugly. The VIII has kind of grown on me, but the VII was the last great looking Evo. The car just seems to keep getting cleaner looking, which is exactly what I never liked about them. I love the lines on the older versions. Very scrappy... just screamed "RALLY!"

Oh, and Evo vs. STi? Both solid choices. I'd go for the STi though. I just think they look a little better. Is the Evo covered under Mitsubishi's new warranty? If so, that's something to consider as that is one of the best warranty plans I've ever heard of.

Evo. It's an amazing car all by itself. Stock.

The STi isn't as beautiful, it looks like something that needs to be modded.

I actually like the rear end. The underbody diffusers look great, and they're supposed to enhance areodynamics. :buttrock:

I think I could take or leave the rear end. The rest of the car isn't as aggressive as I like - not nearly enough lines. Your sister's Taurus that blends in with everything else in the world is "streamlined," you've got to have some right-angles to stand out anymore.

But personally I'd take the STi, regardless of lines of any kind.

It looks better then the EVO VIII, but not as good as the older ones (EVO V & VI) IMO.
