you could prolly wash it in cold soapy water than air dry? you could wear it while it dries if ur scared of shrinkage.

also i think i used to wash mine in the dishwasher when i was a kid.

That silly looking contraption linked above actually does work in keeping the cap from shrinking or the front from losing its form. When I was in my early teens I used to wash one of my caps repeatedly since I wore it when doing yard work routinely.
