Well its been a zooming 36 days since I actually touched my joysticks again.
Complete Joystick Rehaul - Day 1
Before:
After: The joysticks are kinda still dirty, need to wipe off the excess glue
Okay that's a fake picture, I actually decided to install a super since I play more shooters than fighters...
Lets not forget the analog/digital button and the select (insert coin for all you MAME people) button

Hmm and one little mod about the joystick you might not notice. The white joystick had standard screws that had that mound or hill which I found pretty annoying. I bought slanted flat aka machine styled screws that fitted in the hole perfectly. As for what I used as the inlay, its real carbon fiber/kevlar fabric. Your probably thinking, "Wait, carbon fiber is stuff that feels like plastic." Well thats if you "cure" (melt, bond, etc) the carbon fiber, I used uncured carbon fiber which almost feels like silk. And lets not forget its stain and abrasive resisitant, which is a big plus
I think the cherry on top is when I install these:
Like usual, I have to give thanks to the originals of t3h_p3lican_m0d:
ShaperMC, Dallas_Five, & Ron McRae for recently pming me asking about my joysticks. His PM really motivated me to get back on my project. Oh yeah, I still have to do my red one...see you in 36 more days
