Split the "Everything Else" forum in 2.

Hi there,

I already thought about it several weeks ago so why not make a suggestion.

I actually would split the "Everything Else" forum in 2, one part concerning the European Market and the other the US market.

Why? Very simple. The European Market is PAL only and US is NTSC so it would be easier to buy from members knowing what you get. I mean, I can't play NTSC hardware or software and most of us can't as well so if there was a forum where every european/and american could buy without asking if it works in his house, it would be more convinient.
I know everything is already made for the US member to buy with ease but think of us. A very few amount of members say that their systems/games are PAL or NTSC in their sales thread so it would help.

And as Neo Geo is region free, no need to split it obviously.

The second thing is that it would easily reveal US and European people and we could avoid speaking with the US members in the future. :kekeke:

What do you think guys?

When I saw the title of the thread, I figured it was going to be "pre-32-bit era" and "post-32-bit era" ("32-bit era" being Saturn/PS/Jaguar/N64*) or video games/misc., but this idea seems feasible too. The only exception I would make is in the case of portable games, since those tend to be region-free (apart from other things, they're not bound by broadcast standards).

*Yeah, I know that N64 isn't like the others. But whatever.

It should be clear by now that Tristesse is one of biggest retard in n-g.com history

on top of that most, if not all, of the european members (including myself) only buy NTSC us/jap stuff

Ha ha, it's the "tristesse's Ignore List Gathering", you're so cute people. Seriously, your opinion is worthless, don't post here. By "here" I say "any forum".

And D-Lite, PAL is not for French members only if you forgot, but for the whole European nation as well as the Australians. So I guess there are many Euro members that would be interested. Anyway, doesn't matter anymore.

I don't think it is necessary. Most European members are perfectly able to use NTSC games, so European people should have to check both boards. Leave things as they are, in my opinion.

I was thinking maybe this would be a suggestion to divide it into Everything Else - Buying and Everything Else - Selling. That's the only useful way to divide it as far as I can tell, and even that's not really necessary.
