I just got the new issue of Electronic Gaming Montly with Jade Empire on the cover, and in one of the articles says that if you pre-order the Legend of Zelda coming out the fall, you will get a bonus remake game of Wind Waker with all new graphics, no cartoon shading models, you get a adult link in the game. If anyone else has some pics of it, post them on here. You get the bonus disc starting in Early April.

I don't think so, it doesn't say nothing like April fools, it says beginning the first day of April, those who put a $10 deposit on the game coming out in the fall, get this bonus game for free.

I read about that in the new EGM. And even though it may very well be an April Fool's thing, it would be a brilliant move by Nintendo, and it doesn't really seem like it would be all that difficult to do. I mean, they're already working on all the character models for the new Zelda, so why not whet gamer's appetites a little?

Although this does indeed seem like a joke, we have gotten some really nice Zelda bonuses in the past - so I'm not gonna give up hope just yet.

Guys, I'm telling you, this is EGM's April Fools joke. No one else has reported anything about this, the mocked up screen shot looks horrible, they even say that you can preorder it starting April 1st.

I won't sit and argue about whether this is real or not, but I will say this, you will never see this bonus disc come out. People fall for EGMs jokes every year. I'm just surprised it took this long for a thread about this to come up.

It says in the magazine that it starts the first day of April, the only way to find out is to call gamestop or your local game store to see if this is true or a April fools joke by EGM.

Most assuredly, I can confirm that this is, in fact, the 2005 EGM april fools joke.

If anyone, after this post, still holds on to the fact that it may be real, they just might be a bonefied retarded.

doing April Fools in their magazines because

Is there going to be any special preorder items that will come with the new Zelda for GCN?

Ocarina of Time and Master Quest that came with preorders for Wind Waker was a helluva good deal. :buttrock:
