Have your experiences with MoneyGram been possitive?

A buyer asked if I accept moneygram...

I'm not familiar with this service. I checked out their website, and it looks fine. I'd like first hand accounts, though.

Do they charge the sender or the receiver?

if this is the site where they send you a money order, it's free for you, but he pays. and it's safe, they mail you an MO you can cash at any bank.
