SNK VS CAPCOM CHAOS Coin setting

I have a Snk vs Capcom Chaos MVS pcb jamma. My question on this game is the settings on the coin menu. I am trying to change it to 50 cents to start and 25 cents to continue. It is set up as 50 cents to start and 50 cents to continue. There is no setting in the service menu that will allow me to change the coin setting all it has is Coin 1 - 1coin - 1credit there is no coin 2 setting and there is no continue setting. How can i fix this problem? Any help would be much appreciated Thanks Brandt P.S Can anyone tell me what a debug bios chip does and will it work with the MVS system

What you want to do is not possible, even with a Universe Bios or Debug Bios. There is no built in system with NeoGeo to allow continues at less cost as far as I know.
