No, its not about ideas, its honest business practice.

The majority of members are great examples of honesty.

But then there are the few members that put themselves in front of their reputation and honesty.

Then there are members who make it their point to defend these people.

This board has gone to the fucking dogs...

I continue to post here because of a select group of members that I have dealt with, talked with, fought with, flamed with, ECT....

These people make me want to post here.

When you make it your point to go out of the way to tell someone "He is a great member, this isn't the place to talk about his bad dealings", you are also a loser.

People taking money off of members and not delivering as promised makes me fucking mad, and what makes me even more mad is the fact they get away with it.

As a community, we should stick together and ignore said people.

But things will never change back.

the 2 times i had bad deals and i made them public everybody was up together helping out as much as they could, even Gamersabyss did me a huge favour and that was what he was good at

nowadays people seem to be on the side of the scammer or "poor seller"

i even remember the time when neogeojnr came here to rip people off and we all hounded him out of the forums - but he did manage to get some money before we found him out

this place is going to the dogs and alot of the great members dont visit that much

lately carbaxine or whatever his name is ripped a guy off for 700usd - and that thread is fuck all - nobody cares any more

i also come here for the select few, they post interesting posts and we chat in private

IMO, a certain number of negative feedbacks should be grounds for automatic IP ban. 2 would probably be a fair number- you get a second chance if things go bad once, but do it twice and a trend seems evident. This would take care of almost all the bad traders on the Wall of Shame, assuming they haven't been banned already.

While I understand the argument in letting a scammer stick around for a while to see if he'll make things right, once negative feedback is left, it's pretty clear that the unhappy party does not believe things are going to be made right, and it's probably time to protect other parties that could get the same poor treatment.

Having said all that, I agree that ChriZ-77 should go. Too much $ wrapped up in those questionable deals, and BB gave the guy 6 freakin' months.

And not every member can take care of it themselves, thats where we come in.

I don't give a fuck about what he posts or anything... just finish up his deals and move on.

If he gets 2 negatives, he should be IP banned.

The sad thing is that he thrives off of this... which is sad since he is so "superior" to the rest of us.

Let's see, iirc chriz is not kyokugen, but chriz (shill?)-bidded in that same ebay auction (you got that part right, conversion MS sold as real for 1800€, refused to refund as "daddy sold it"), was second highest bidder, and said he had several good deals in the past with Kyokugen.

Anyway, judging from what buster explained about the deal with Chriz, Chriz deserved the negative feedback.

What are you talking about? The BB-Case was about USD 150,- It´s tooks me a long time to refund him his money, my fault that´s true. I´ve apologized. Even i´ve never ripped of anyone!
Sure, i´ve 2 bad Deals. The one was my mistake, but Supergoose is just pissed, course i´ve defended *chucky*, aka Kai Wähner. Course didn´t agreed with Falk in that Case. Since that Day, he´s pissed.

1st of all, i´m not KS...

Yeah, in that Case i was the 2nd highest bidder, and i thank God that i wasn´t the highest bidder...otherwise maybe i had the same Probz with KS. Who knows?

I´ve thought that the US MS1 (mint) was a real ONE, not a Conversion. So EUR 1.800,- was my personal Limit for bidding. Bahamut have bidden a little bit more. KS did him wrong, and the Situation hasn´t been fixed til yet. So Bahamut i pissed. I could understand...
