Hey guys, I thought some people might be interested in knowing what those cool as hell KOF characters are saying in their before and after battle poses.

Back in High School I took a Japanese Language class my senior year. Near the end of the year we had a "Japanese Culture Day" in which me and all my friends brought in all of our import games for PSX and Saturn and hooked them up to a big screen. (Didn't have my Neo Home Cart yet)We played THE KING OF FIGHTERS '97 almost the whole time, and had my Japanese teacher translate what Kyo and Iori were saying...

All of the following appear in KOF 2000:

Kyo:
Intro- Raises fist with flame and says "Ikuze!" (Let's go!)

Taunt-Waves finger at his opponent and say "Anta ja mo ne" (You've been burned, eh?)

End- Raises arm and clenches fist and says "Ore no..Kachi da!" (This is my victory!)

-Blows out flaming finger and says "Heh, heh, moetarou." (Heh, Heh, You're burned)

Iori:
Intro- Starts with his back to his opponent, turns around and says "Sugu raku ni shite yaru" (I will soon end your pain)

Taunt-Puts his hands in his pockets and says "Ore ga kowai no ka?" (Are you scared of me?)

End- Puts his hands in his pockets, leans towards his opponent and says "Sonomama Shine" (Die as you are!)

-Raises his hand over his head and says "Tsuki o miru tabi omoi dase" (You will recall this event whenever you see the moon.)*Remember the moon on the back of his shirt? HOW INSANE IS THAT!!!!

*I am very interested to know what Kyo and Iori say in their special intro in KOF 2000

Also...whenever you hear "Ora Ora Ora!" That means (HEY HEY HEY! or C'mon C'mon!)

There are also quite a few characters that say "Kakatte Koi!" this means (Let's Fight!)

Lets start a list...does anyone else know other character intros?
