There were a lot of items yesterday and now it's down to a few.

For the record the transaction went smoothly, as in less than 24 hours after the order was placed the item was shipped and I was given the tracking number as well. E-mails were answered well within 3 hours after they were placed.

Do any of the flame warriors here have an open order that wasn't fulfilled? :rolleyes:

Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending anything and I don't mind seeing the flames, just back it up with something other than BS. My last order was during the 1-week sale, and it went fine. I'll order again soon, and I'll tell you if I have any problems.

Sorry, I didn't see anything when I read those posts before and I can't find it now. I found lots of posts where you and others were championing RogerKorn, who (it is public knowledge) got jobbed for a good few months. The only thing I found close to info on your own transaction is a comment that Shawn won't respond to your E-mails.

My angle is, don't break the store if it's working and don't hide the problems if it's broke. Nothing personal intended.

Come on people it's 10 items; let's not look too hard for reasons to praise this guy. The last time he listed anything was 4-5 months ago. Arcadeshock lists stuff once a month or so and usually more than 10 items. JapanGamesNow lists it seems like once a week and it's tons of stuff maybe more than 40 items at a time.

And really what is really bugging me is that at best his service is spotty and some here want to gloss it over and pretned that everything is perfect. I am all for being nice to the guy, but it seems some here take it way too far.

No offense VT but if no one is critical of the terrible service then what happens? I've seen no evidence that Shawn has started to reply to inquiries about orders with any amount of speed. I'm not saying that he's completely untrustworthy but he needs to get his act together regarding the last couple months of business and that's a fact that censoring does nothing to fix.

The thing is if all of this criticism got to Shawn and he pulled the plug there'd be somewhere new to go that day. I'm not saying I'm not thankful for what a great forum this is, but its not like we owe anything to Shawn considering he keeps this open mostly to keep business congregated around the Neo Store.

I might be rambling but I'm just saying I see no problem with people expressing their displeasure with the extremely poor service some of them have been blessed with by Shawn.

Edit: I'd like to make a note that yes some people do a terrible job of being critical of Neo Store service in the way that it often comes off extremely obnoxious and annoying.
