Some sellers refuse to give refunds -- in fact, they usually dance around the issue in fear of losing money, but Casey was a different story entirely. I can seem paranoid at times when a deal goes bad, but that's because I was taken for a ride on a Neo-Geo system 3 years ago (I lost my money and NEVER saw any equipment), and I haven't gotten over it.
