I doubt it's a conversion, however the guy seems a bit of a moron.

How can you contact SNK if they don't exist?

Who the fuck wants Blazing Star without a manual and who'd be dumb enough to lose it?

Reading through his feedback doesn't inspire much confidence, if you examine the negatives.

Probably not worth the hassle for such a valuable item. But, hey I'm sure someone will bid on it.
