God help me, I'm actually promoting this on NG.com...

As co-Producer of the Theatre of the Relatively Talentless (TORT), I invite the MN crew (and anyone else from NG.com) to see our third annual production:

"Walter Wonka and the Lawyer Factory"

playing March 3, 4 and 5th (Thurs-Sat), at 7:30pm
in the Theater of the St. Paul Student Center of the St. Paul campus of the University of Minnesota.

SPECIAL GUESTS:
Thursday - VP Walter Mondale (yes, the real guy)
Friday - HenneHennepin County Attorney Amy Klobuchar
Saturday - a judge who's name slipped my mind

This is a full-length musical, completely written, directed, performed by the amazing students of the U's Law School (many of which have decided their former career in the arts wasn't quite payin' the bills).

Though general admission is $10, I can get you all in for the student price of $5.

Needless to say, Thursday is the way to go. I'll even introduce you to the former Veep if you want.

NOTE: Because I'm the producer, I am not singing or dancing this year.

EDIT (update March 2nd): We've sold out the 327 seat theater for Thursday, Friday and we're in the final 100 for Saturday. If anyone's somehow still interested, you better get in touch with me pronto. We just put up a highlight video on the law school's website (needs RealPlayer):
