The reason I never took action against Chavo is that to have him on the boards means the chance to have contact with him and maybe the chance of setting up any sort of refund or trade back.
Banning him won't help your case,I'm sure.

If he will keep on having this attitude though,he will be banned from the boards.

I see you both are in CA,if I were you,I would pay him a visit.

I'm curious, and this is a serious question. How many people have actually repented in this way? Is it common for scammers to change their minds? I think the banning or not banning should be up to the scammed.

I actually got scammed in the past for 2 or 3 transactions over $1000 each.
In 2 cases I managed talking with the scammer to have my money back.

I'm just marking the fact that no good result will be gotten banning him as far as getting your money back is concerned.

the only person whos fighting a scam right now wants him banned so why not do it? he already knows there is no chance to get his shit back and the guy is fucking shady so future scams are inevitable. +1 for ip ban.

Heya! I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU for kicking him
in the virtual nuts. I seriously doubt I'd ever see a refund and
didn't need him around to know it. Thanks man! :cool:

Also by banning him you saved a lot of people a lot of
future bad deals with the loser. That is way more important
than a mere $100 I can make back in a heartbeat on ebay. :mr_t:
