I've recently bought 2 aes games from neostore.com, scv chaos ans kof2003. scv arrived fast but with rom error, they told me to resend it to them and they change it for a working one, ok good, but kof2003 still 1 month and a half and don't arrived.
I'm sending mails to them like a mad asking the shipping number etc but they don't answer
Should i be calm or become nervious? we are talking about i've paid 600$ I had the paypal bills and all this stuff but i don't have any game.
Any of you have bought in neostore? if so, easy my mind plz.
Thx for all I LOVE NEO GEO begun my collect 3 month ago and now i'm very poor, but happy

Don't worry, there were a number of complains regarding the Neo-Store but they were all resolved. It takes time but you will get your order.

Don't worry man I've dealt with neostore a couples of time always get my stuff all the time and Shawn, is will nice BUT I hope he's off from playing (World Of Warcraft) PC game and take care of his costomers. :confused:

If you want good service, forget Neostore.com, try Japangamesnow.com or Arcadeshock.com, both are far more responsive.

neo store worries me

i bought mark of the wolves off of the neo store, and that was a week ago and i paid for overnight shipping. i've sent them so many e-mails wanting to know what is up but i've been getting jack in return. i would like to do more buisness with these people but crap like this makes it so hard to do. what should i do in a situation like this. do they have a phone number i could call?

Is that guy stupid or suffer from any mental retardation, I've been reading all this stupid things about him. Playing a game and not taking care of his customers is the most stupid things i've heard since now. I have bough several games and didn't had a problem but now with all this things there's no way i will buy from him again. Some members even paid for overnight delivery and still waiting on his game. :shame:

I;m not one to pass judgement on others but having a business and the rep Shawn has had in the past blows me away now with what has been happening to his customer base. Ignoring emails and not shipping out products that are supposed to be to customers that have paid is not cool.

I can't figure out why Shawn would let this happen.

This whole situation reads like a BURNOUT and if this is the case, he should close the store down temporarily or hire someone to fulfill his online contracts.
Shawn deserves a second chance for running a successful store and forums for such a long time.

Well I would agree except from what I am hearing, people have paid for said items and have not received them yet. If you pay for something, it should be shipped out.

I completely disagree with you guys; the Neo Store is as good as it ever was.

On Monday, February, 14, SNK Vs. CAPCOM SVC Chaos MVS kit, Super Sidekicks 3 MVS kit, and Metal Slug 3 for the Xbox. And they arrived this past Thursday in excellent condition as usual and with a free KOF 10th anniversary cellphone strap.

Heck, I even e-mailed Shawn on Tuesday, February 15, requesting for a tracking number, and he replied within an hour. Therefore, I do not believe these negative posts.

Just my two cents...

well what do you suggest i do then? i guess i'll just write him a letter. i'm starting to think i've wasted my 127 hard earned dollars.
