Will Iori be killed by Ash in KOF2004?

I don't think Ash actually killed Chizuru, just stole her power, or something to that effect. I hope they actually continue the story in the Atomiswave games though. Here's to hoping!

What Ash took out of Chizuru's body is her power, the mirror, which actually was also the seal for the Orochi power. Ash was aiming to break the seal, actually, just as Goenitz did by killing Maki in times.

I think Iori should die due to toxic shock through his skin from not changing his clothes for 10 years. Terry can take it, because he's a toughened hobo, but Iori is more sensative, which he attempts to hide by trying to make his voice deeper than it actually is.

The Hasshaku thing is something I never got. First it was supposed to be Yagami's old surname, but that lately turned out to be Yasakani. Are you telling Hasshaku simply was Iori's band name? :eek:

I think with the Orochi legend, and the way SNK wanted to work the kof story, Iori had to be the yasakani. All they really needed was a Susanou.

The Real Story!

In my opinion, Neo-Geo are preparing to make Orochi the boss of 2K4 KOF again. Now since he went back to his "sleep" at the end of 97' and "For Ten A Hundred Years" he is not gonna return so Neo Geo is trying this little trick to make him the boss again. This is what will happen in Neo story:
Chizuru will not die (but may suffer something like Kasumi in 96')
Ash will try to open the Orochi power and the orochi power will exploit him to be the next orochi as Chris became in 97.
If Chizuru does not enter the next KOF then most probably Shingo will join Kyo and Iori to defeat Orochi! (Neo says that he's getting better. This means that he is gonna be 'something!'). I don't mean that he will become one of the bloodline, I am just saying that he MAY join Kyo and Iori in the next battle. ("Even Yagami Help!" in Japan Team's end). If he is not the new entry then I would like to name Saisyu for that (if Chizuru does not appear) even if he does not appear then K' is the only choice!

Thats MY opinion (or guess you may say) and nothing official from Neo. Hope you understand that.
