Are Sinclair and Wyler playable in the AOF3 homecart?

If not it makes me really sad. I think I read in a faq somewhere that they are time-released characters.

Wyler and Sinclair are time-released, but only on MVS since the homecart system has no builtin clock/calendar. On homecart, a code should do the trick. Here's a c&p from Toxic's AoF3 faq:

"I have heard that Wyler and Sinclair are time released Characters
that goes unlocked after the April 27.

Galen Komatsu submits a code in order to select them; wich is:
For Sinclair: Put the cursor on Jin, press B, move left B,
move left B, keep like that until Robert.

For Wyler: Put the cursor on Robert and press C, right C,
right C, keep it up until Jin.

Upon success, you will heard the taunt voice of the characters and
an arrow pointing the corner will appear... follow it and select
them"

On NGCD, they're playable right from the start, btw.
