Last week, I have bought x number of shock boxes from bigbear.
As I've just gotten into this MVS thing, I was pretty desperate for boxes to put my homemade inserts. The package was shipped out last friday for 3day priority mail, but it didn't arrive for 6days. I called USPS to track it and they told me to give it 14 days before I call them again to report it's missing. I was pretty frustrated after the phone call. So this thursday, I finally sent a PM to BB to bitch about how I'm still waiting for the package (nothing he did wrong but I just had to let him know
).
He sent me PM with an apolozy and offered refund of $10. As I have dealt with many people (including people who's not on my feedback) in this fourm, his offer was very very generous respond compared to others. He certainly knows seller's responsbility. My frustration was gone with his reply. So I PMed back and said "it was not your fault and you don't owe me anything, also I appreciate your kind words."
Now...
His next responce made me think BB is one of the most respectable seller from this forum.
He told me that he would send me other set of boxes instead of partial refund because he didn't want to make this an unpleasent deal. This morning (Friday) I have received BOTH my belated boxes from USPS AND his PM confirming that he has sent out the other set of boxes. DC# was included in the PM.
I proud myself as a good seller/buyer but I doubt if I could've done the same thing as BB if I was himself.
Thanks BB, I have received the boxes just today and those are very NEW.
