In all seriousness, his jump D is not a problem. It's just the cross up that poses the problem with that jump D. So when that situation comes, just block it correctly, or as he leaps run under him. That'll have you blocking anyway.
Chris' jump CD:

Any air throw character. i.e. Beni, Athena, Mai, Clark, Leona, Yuri
The thing about Chris' jump CD is that it archs downward. So any move that goes horizontal, you can beat his jump CD when you jump higher than he does. You can even opt to super jump OVER Chris, when you feel he's going to jump. Only used for midscreen situations, so you end up on the otherside of Chris out of throwing range. Or shit, if it's 2002, just tech the throw attempt, or hop away from his command throw if Regular Chris.
So when Chris is going for a jump, you're already above him and he gets knocked down.

Those characters have dominating jump D's and C's to begin with. So even if the air throw doesn't work, attack from above him.
