It says it'll ship out on Febuary 24th. I don't know if it'll be region free like SFAC, but if it is, who would be up to purchase it?

Considering the US version of 2k2/2k3 has been pushed back till June 1, this may be a good idea.

Of course the whole idea goes to hell if the thing isn't region free. Guess we'll find out soon enough. Any info if any other JPN XBox games from SNKP have been region free in the past?

After having some awesome KOF matches this last weekend I realized how badly I need something like this. I haven't played many 2D fighters outside of CvS2 and 3S since that's what I can play online, but I love KOF so much when I have people to play against.

I can not wait for this to come out. Please be region free! :(

Is the jap SVC region free? If it was then there is a good chance it will be , if not then I doubt it.

I'll buy it on release date if region free.
I own 02 on DC, and gotta say I still like 98 better. Although, I really haven't put much time in. The timing seems almost too strict compared to older ones. Say after Iori's close A, >A, >A XX Super. Everytime on 98, good luck on 02 :blow_top:
But I really like 03, I'm surprised I haven't heard more about it. I actually just played it for the 1st time about 3 weeks ago.

Anyways-- I can't wait to see how bad I suck at 02/03 online :help:

Hell yes, I'll buy it if it's region-free. I have kind of been avoiding bringing it up too much, from the paranoid fear that SNK USA might realize that that might eat into whatever sales they're expecting, and try to get Playmore to region lock it. But it's probably too late for them to do anything about it now, one way or the other.

I'd buy the domestic release of '02/'03 anyway, even if I do get the import '02.

But '03 for Xbox still isn't on Playmore's schedule for Japan (on their site, at least), so it could end up being next Christmas or beyond before a 2-pack could be ready for the US. Fuck that.

If it comes to the US, I'll buy it.
Otherwise, I already own the MVS kit and I don't own a JPN or modded Xbox.
