i know a lotta people mention ordering from them

in terms of MVS, how fast is delivery? what is the general condition of the cart?

opinions please

Never had problems ordering from NCS.
And their shipping to Europe is very fast, so to the US faster, i think. All depends which shipping method you use. My last order
was 2 garou: motw mvs carts and they we're in excellent condition, but remember you only get the cart, no box or marquee or anything.

Every MVS cart I've ever ordered was in like new condition, though remember there are no marquees or materials, just carts.

I too have gotten near mint carts from NCSX, they are a very good seller.

how fast is delivery?

they usually give you options to pick.
From cheap to expensive, so you get what you pay for.

Conditions a usually very good with them.

NCSX is a very good seller.
