Fake neo cart system?

I was wondering if anyone has seen the Neo cart systems that have the word "VIC-A" printed on the upper right corner on the front. I also noticed that its very light compared to my regular AES system. The power cord has a power pack in the middle, and a euro style plug at the end.

Do I have a fake system??

I have one, and I have been using it for a while now. The weight is less then 1/2 that of the original, Ill open it up and photograph the board when I get a chance.

are they cheaper?? do they work as well

No they are not cheaper, and I cant tell how they are any differant, other than they are ultralight.

Wow, I'm glad someone knows something about it. My friends think I have a "ghetto bootleg" neo system. Are they all made in Korea? Any info about it will be greatly appriciated!!

Do you have any other markings or data on the unit? A serial number on the bottom?

just a sticker with no serial number on it. The SNK logo on the system seems darker than my normal one, almost looks silver.
