I'm tired of seeing all these posts, about not being able to get an email answered, items not shipping out, people STILL waiting for their shit.

If this was some normal member, people would be up in arms in the feedback forum, ala Kid Aphex. I think whoever is running the neo store now (shawn?) owes it to certain members to post, and let them know why he doesn't answer emails, and why things aren't shipping.

If he no longer has the desire to run the Neo Store like it should be run, he needs to shut it down, not answering emails is a joke, if we want to deal with that we can all order our neo stuff from BUYRITEVIDEOGAMES.

I ordered a KOF02 from the NeoStore during that one week sale. I recieved it within the week.

Not sure what's going on with these other orders, but it would be cool if Shawn would post something just to let us know he's still around. Maybe he's having some emergency or something, who knows.

To be more precise we should make a list of the different orders pending on the neo store, just to see if there is a correlation between them.

For example, I know a french member waiting for his order.

Do you know other overseas members having trouble?

So at least one member here ordered something recently and got it quickly.

On the other hand, we got some n00bs who say they paid and didn't get theirs. I'm not saying they would lie, how would I know, I don't know these guys.

But at the same time, how quick are some people to take them at their word, and instantly believe the worst about the guy who's site we're using.

Exactly, because we'd be able to pretty well tell the honesty of the situation with a long-standing member.

If I'm walking down the street with a friend, and a stranger I've never seen before walks up and tells me my friend stole $20 off him yesterday, I don't instantly just turn to my friend and say, "Give him back his $20, motherfucker."

I don't know these guys. Technically, I guess I only know the few people here I've actually met, but I know these guys even less.

Not accusing you of anything, Larry. Didn't say you made it up, either. Just saying that I don't know you, so I'm not going to assume you're in the right just because you say so. How fucking stupid would that be?

I agree Shawn should answer. But until we hear his side, I'm not going to take your side over the Neostore's. You could be right, he could be wrong. Who knows? Not me. That's all I'm saying. But I will add: I don't give a mad fuck about your eBay feedback. Their feedback system is very abusable.

Maybe the NeoStore's email system is screwed up and Shawn himself isn't aware of it. I was gonna say it's a problem that seems to effect overseas orders, but gmtkr is in America.

Whatever the case is, I have 0 doubts that there's a 100% legit reason for these problems. I'm actualy kinda worried something happend to him. It's unlike him not to post to any serious issues dealing with the NeoStore. :annoyed:

Anyway, I think it's way too early to start passing judgement here, people. For one thing, the members making these accusations are either quite new here, or are overseas. Of course there's nothing wrong with either of those, but the new guys just have burden of proof and the overseas guys are going to have to exercise a bit of patience - it's just the nature of international mail.

That's why I wanted to know whom has problem? If it's just overseas members then it can be a mail problem.
The guy I speak in my former post never made a post outside of the french forum so I don't think he wants to screw the neo store. He asked us if we have ever dealt with this sotre since he has bought something, didn't received it after A WHILE and got no answer from his mails.

I would be in the same mood if I was him.

Shipping delay is OK,
Shipping delay+no answer is worrying.

As I said in the other thread, I have a friend here (so yeah, he is "overseas") that has a good amount of store credit in the Neostore and wants to order a Neowave, so he has to order outside the cart system. But there's no response from Shawn.

It looks to me that orders through cart system mostly go OK, but for some reason most e-mails to the Neostore are just ignored. Is there some way to directly contact Shawn? Maybe some mod can phone him to ask what's going on.

Anyway, it's not the first time Shawn doesn't reply e-mails quickly, possibly because of the large amount he gets. But the real important order-related ones should really get the attention they deserve, if he can't do it himself he should hire an employee. Which reminds me, what happened to Lizzie? Is she still in the neostore? She used to promptly reply any question.

I hope this can be solved soon.

funny how you can have a special sale, but not the time to answer questions about already paid for orders.

i mean ... i too am busy and building stuff often takes me waaay longer than expected, but at least i care to answer mails. i knew i'd never buy from the neo store, when he didn't answer a simple question about the mvs price guide in over two months. still no answer btw, but at least i now know i was right.

If the mail server is down, he can go to any Online computer in this world and log on, and tell us.

Just want to chime in and say that something must be up, I doubt Shawn is simply not responding or logging on, his reputation dictates otherwise.

I've always had a good experience with the neostore. My last shipment from Shawn shipped on the 14th of Jan. Just to put a date of activity out there.

Someone mentioned in another post on this topic ( i think one of the Rogerkorn threads) that Shawn has an associate taking care of orders. This may mean that if you order using the cart system you can get the order in a timely manner. I would guess that this associate has no access to Shawn's e-mail account.

The people who are having trouble are not asking members for money they are trying to get Shawn's attention. Does it matter if some of them are new to this site? It looks like there are more than a couple members having problems. If Shawn was getting these e-mails and checking these threads he could explain if these people have business with the Neo Store or not. What I am getting at is, the person who can clear all this up is not responding.
