Heres a suggestion....stop making new threads everyday, at least bump the other thread you made in the begining...the mods will get pissed with you and bann your ass for the multiple threads.
Be patient and im sure shawn will resolve any issue...he may be on holiday or sick.

The fact of the matter is your starting to really anoy the neo members with your engrish threads.

Rogerkorn is not the only person out there now who is not getting replies from Shawn, so no, it's not annoying the Neo members here, he's annoying you. BIG DIFFERENCE.

Don't speak for me or others, if others have problems, they have usernames, and they have keyboards, they can handle it without you.

Personally, Shawn has not replied to any of my e-mails since over 1, 1/12 months ago, and others have posted in the other thread that they are getting ignored too.

I sent Shawn an email pointing to your threads, never got a response.

This is very unlike him, and I'm sorry it happened to you.

For all its worth, Shawn is the owner of this site, and he isn't going anywhere.

He will make good on this transaction, I know its hard to be any more patient.

I just hope he is O.K., because like I said before, this is RARE.

Everibody can get sick or take vacation or what ever but i think that neostore its a very important store over the internet but if he its sick or something i think shawn needs an employee.

The only email i receive was last sunday 9th january 2005 and shawn says that my tracking number its gonna be ready shortly idont know how long time its shortly for him.

Shawn pops out and explains why the "store" was/is on low gear and yet he does nothing about this ONE..ONE ORDER.

I understand the "bug" when it hits you but PLEASE this guy has been waiting for over a month. How long or how hard is it to send an e-mail regarding the status of an order?

Check the many threads this guy made and anyone can clearly see that a lot of members including myself have been telling this guy to be patient but this is WAY too much.

Point is if you are sick or taking a break you should give out a notice like..

"I'm playing World of Warcraft right now so all orders will be attended to when I'm done"

or the more subtle way of saying it

"Due to unforseen events/circumstances the Neo-Store would not be taking in orders temporarily"

Another point...THIS IS A LONG OVERDUE ORDER and a reply or even a "hey your order is being prepared thanks" notice should be given. It did not take me 10 seconds to type that notice.

Shawn, I beg you man in behalf of this guy please send his "PAID" order and let him go in peace. He hops from one section of the forum to the other making the same complain and thus "harming your good name".

Thanks athlon64 you are one of the first persons who take seriously my situation shawn send me a PM and he says that the order its gonna be ready along next week i really really paid. I and my family bought that game. Now just im waiting the tracking number. :)

I hope my english get better with an english classes next month. :p
