X-Arcade 1P unit and HAPPS' Pefect360 joystick...would it work?

im planning on buying just a 1-player X-Arcade Control panel and then try and fitting it with a HAPPS' Perfect 360 Joystick...2 things....

wiil it fit?

how do i plug in the +5 volt wires? or can you even?
